第2回☆ヒーリングレクリエーション（椅子ヨガ×早口言葉！開催します！（実演）（beyonado2020プログラム承認）
からだをほぐし、呼吸を整え、音楽の音に身を委ねながら、静かなひと時を持つことにより自分が「いきいきと楽しく生きる」事「今みんなと生きている喜びを感じる」など 生き方の変化や気づきを期待して行います。人と人が楽しく交流し、かかわり合う人間交流術の１つ「椅子ヨガ」イベント開催します。
対象：視覚しょうがいしゃ様向け
