YOGA＆日本の昔話の読み聞かせを体験していただきます。

心の健康＆体のバランスを整えるため、和の曲を聴きながらYOGAを行います。ラストのリラクゼーションタイムで行う「くつろぎのポーズ」の際には、日本の伝統の昔話の読み聞かせを行います。外国人向けには、英語で昔話の読み聞かせを行います。動画の映像には、動きやすく伸縮性のあるリメイクした着物を活用し、和の雰囲気を味わっていただきます。配信した動画は、説明文章を英語で記載しHPにあげます。
　また、この取組を障がいのある方やがん患者の方向けに病院で行う予定で、障がいのある方も楽しんで頂けるようバリアフリーとして、障がい者用トイレ等のバリアフリー対応がなされています。心と体の調和、そして人と人とのつながりの大切さや豊かさを体感していただきます。

Once upon a time, an old man and an old woman lived in a certain place.

The two had no children, so the grandfather and grandmother asked God.

The two of them immediately gave it the name Issunboshi.

One day, Issunboshi said this to his grandfather and grandmother.

Therefore, the grandfather made a sword that was just the right size for a one-dimensional master with a single needle.

The grandmother floated the bowl on the river and made a boat for the one-dimensional master.

"See, I have this needle sword."

"Yes, I'll go." Issunboshi skillfully rowed the boat and went to the capital.Issunboshi asked for the finest house in the city.

"Who are you?"

And Issunboshi became a talisman for the princess of the house.

This story, which everyone knows, may have Japanese culture and spirit.

Isn't it still a story full of what the Japanese tried to convey?

日本の昔話は日本人が大切にしてきた

思いやりの心を学べるメゾットの1つです。

誰もが知っているこの話には、日本人の文化や精神が宿っているかも？

今でも、日本人が伝えようとしたことが詰まっているお話ではないでしょうか？

The dog received a kibi dumpling and became a companion to Momotaro.

And this time, I met a monkey.

"Momotaro-san, where are you going?"

"Go to Onigashima to get rid of the demons."

"Then, please give me one dumpling on your waist. I'll be with you."

And this time, I met a pheasant.

"Momotaro-san, where are you going?"

"Go to Onigashima to get rid of the demons."

"Then, please give me one dumpling on your waist. I'll be with you."

In this way, Momotaro, who got a group of dogs, monkeys, and pheasants, finally came to Onigashima. Onigashima is in the middle of a brewery, with demons lining up treasures and feasts from nearby villages.

"Everyone, don't get muddy. That's it!"

The dog bite on the demon's bottom, the monkey scratched the demon's bottom, and the pheasant pecked the demon's eyes with his beak.

And Momotaro is also a big fan with a sword.

Finally, the demon's boss

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Ko-san, please help me."

I apologized with my hand.

Momotaro, dog, monkey, and pheasant picked up the treasure from the demon in a car and went home energetically.

Grandfather and grandmother are delighted to see Momotaro's safe appearance.

I got tired when I listened to the story while sitting down, so I did gymnastics after the old tale was over.

folk tale of "Rabbit and Kame".

Give the rabbit a rush to walk

The ridiculous turtle hangs up to the foot of the hill

It's a story about the game.

The turtle was walking slowly and slowly on the road.

On the way home in the pond

Rabbits bounce around and come over

"Turtle, you

The turtle said angry.

yutubeにお話しを記載しております。。。「花咲じいさん」 　むかしむかし、あるところに、おじいさんとおばあさんが住んでいました。 　二人は子どもがいなかったので、犬をとても可愛がっていました。 　ある日、犬が畑でほえました。「ここほれワンワン、ここほれワンワン」「おや？　ここをほれと言っているのか。よしよし、ほってやろう」　おじいさんがほってみると、 「え！え！これはすごい！」なんと、地面の中から大判小判がザクザクと出てきたのです。この話を聞いた、となりの欲張りじいさんが、「わしも、大判小判を手に入れる。おめえの犬を、わしに貸してくれ」欲張りじいさんは、犬を無理矢理畑に連れて行きました。そして、嫌がる犬がキャンキャンないたところをほってみると、くさいゴミがたくさん出てきました。怒った欲張りじいさんは、なんと、犬を殴り殺してしまったのです。犬を殺されたおじいさんとおばあさんは、なくなく犬を畑にうめてやると、棒(ぼう)を立ててお墓を作りました。次の日、おじいさんとおばあさんが犬のお墓参りに畑へ行ってみると、犬のお墓の棒が一晩のうちに大木になっていたのです。おじいさんとおばあさんは、その木「うす」を作って、おもちをつきました。すると不思議な事に、もちの中から宝物がたくさん出てきました。それを聞いた、欲張りじいさんは、「わしも、もちをついて宝を手に入れる。あんたのうすを、わしに貸してくれ」と、うすを無理矢理借りると、自分の家でもちをついてみました。しかし出てくるのは石ころばかりで、宝物は出てきません。 「にくたらしいうすめ！」　怒った欲ばりじいさんはうすをおのでたたき割ると、焼いて灰にしてしまいました。大切なうすを焼かれたおじいさんは、せめて灰だけでもと、うすを焼いた灰をザルに入れて持ち帰ろうとしました。その時、灰が風に飛ばされて、枯れ木にフワリとかかりました。 　すると、どうでしょう。灰のかかった枯れ木に、満開の花が咲いたのです。 　おじいさんは、うれしくなって。「枯れ木に花を咲かせましょう。パアーッと！うわっ＾」と、言いながら次々に灰をまいて、枯れ木に美しい花を咲かせました。「おみごと！」 ちょうどそこへ、お城のお殿さまが通りかかりました。「ほう、これは見事じゃ」　お殿さまはたいそう喜んで、おじいさんにたくさんのごほうびをあげました。それを見ていた欲張りじいさんが、「おい、わしも花を咲かせてほうびをもらいたいから、その灰を、わしによこせ！」 　無理矢理に灰を取り上げると、お殿さまに言いました「殿さま、この灰はわしの物です。わしが枯れ木に花を咲かせますから、わしにもほうびを是非下さい。バァーッ！うぉーっと！」欲張りじいさんは殿さまの前でたくさん花を咲かせようと、灰をいっせいにまきました。すると灰がお殿さまの目に入って、欲張りじいさんはお殿さまの家来にさんざん殴られたということです。おしまい
