道内の中小企業者等の新規創業、新商品開発、販路開拓などの取組を支援する事業「北海道中小企業新応援ファンド」は、北海道や札幌市、（独）中小企業基盤整備機構、金融機関により組成したファンドの運用益を基に、道内における新たな産業の創出や事業化を支援するものです。

北海道上川総合振興局より標記の相談会についてご案内です。
本相談会は、食品製造業・農林畜水産業を営んでいる方を対象に、商品開発・改良、加工技術、経営相談等の相談に専門家が個別にアドバイスするものです。

当会および加盟店における個人に関する情報とは、以下お客様個人を識別できる情報といたします。
氏名・性別・生年月日・住所・電話番号等の情報に関し、当会および加盟店は個人情報保護に関する法令および、その他の規範を厳守いたします。
当会では、事務局が個人情報の処理を行うにあたり、個人情報の安全が図れるよう必要かつ適切な管理を行っています。
< 個人情報等の利用目的 >
当会および加盟店は、会員に対するイベントの案内や会員限定の特典送付など、各種の会員サービス向上のために、当会および加盟店が限定で個人情報を利用させていただきます。
< 個人情報等の開示・変更 >
会員様は自身の個人情報の開示を求めることができます。
また、当該情報が誤っている場合には訂正または削除を要求することができます。会員情報が誤っている場合またはお申込時にご記入いただいたお名前、ご住所、お電話番号等が変更になった場合は、当会事務所までご連絡願います。
< 個人情報等の共同利用 >
会員様の個人情報は、当会及び加盟店で共同利用いたします。
< 個人情報等の第三者への提供 >
当会および加盟店は、会員様からご提供いただいた個人情報をご本人の同意のある場合、または公的機関等から提出を求められた場合を除き、いかなる第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし法令に基づく場合、および人の生命、身体、財産の保護のために緊急に必要な場合には提供することがあります。
< 個人情報等の取り扱いの預託と委任 >
当会は個人情報に関する業務を（ダイレクトメール作成および発送、データ分析業務など）秘密保持契約を締結した上で、預託し委託する場合があります。

< Handling of Personal Information >
Personal information for the organization and its member stores is defined as information that can be used to identify an individual customer.
Regarding information such as name, gender, date of birth, address, and telephone number, the organization and its member stores comply with laws and regulations on the protection of personal information and other standards.
The organization takes necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal information when personal information is processed by its secretariat.
< Purpose of Collecting Personal Information >
The organization and member stores will use personal information to the minimum extent necessary in order to improve services, such as sending event announcements and special offers to members.
< Requests from Customers for Disclosure or Correction. >
Members may request disclosure of their own personal information in case of appropriate necessity.
They may also request that the information be corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate. If the member's details are incorrect, or if the name, address, or telephone number, provided at the time of application have changed, the member should contact the organization's office.
< Sharing of personal information >
Member information is shared between the organization and member stores.
< Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties >
The organization and its member stores should not disclose member information to any third parties, except with the consent of the member or when requested by a public authority.
However, we may provide the information when required by law, or when urgently necessary to protect human life, safety, or property.
< Outsource and entrustment of handling personal information >
The organization may contract and outsource the handling of personal data (e.g., creation and delivery of direct mailings, data analysis, etc.) to a third party under a confidentiality agreement.
< Contact for inquiries regarding personal information >
Inquiries and requests regarding personal information, as well as requests to stop receiving direct mailings, will be handled by the organization's office.
