バターナッツ、きのこ類、梨や葡萄の季節です。自然の恵みの食材を楽しく美味しい味わいにつくりあげていきたいと思います。

・10/3(土) ランチ営業のみ Lunch service only until 3pm (No Dinner service).

・10/4(日) - 5(月) 臨時休業 Closed Sunday 4th to Monday 5th

・10/7(水) ディナー営業のみ Dinner service only from 6pm (No Lunch service).

【Important】 Using International Cards or Debit Cards for booking

Our restaurant utilizes the "RESZAIKO" reservation management system provided by Ikyu. As part of this system, you are required to register a credit card under the "Cancellation Guard" feature when booking.

This is a standard specification of the payment gateway "PAY.JP." Charges are only incurred if a cancellation meets our cancellation policy conditions; this is NOT an advance payment system. Therefore, your actual meal bill must be paid directly at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

However, please note that if you use an internationally issued credit card with different specifications, or a debit/prepaid card, the following authorization hold phenomena will occur. Please review and understand the following details before booking.

■ What Happens and Why

If you are using an international card, debit card, or prepaid card, your bank statement may temporarily show what looks like a "double charge" or a double hold on your funds due to card issuer processing rules. Please be assured that each hold is processed automatically as follows:

The 1st credit card authorization hold (at booking):
This was placed to verify card validity. It has already expired and will be automatically released and refunded by your card company.
The 2nd credit card authorization hold (2 days prior to visit):
This is the current active hold to guarantee the cancellation policy. Once you arrive and dine with us, this hold will be automatically released.

In the end, the only amount you will actually pay is your final bill at the restaurant on the day (there is NO double billing). It may take up to a few weeks for the initial refund to reflect on your account depending on your bank. For specific timelines regarding the release of funds, please contact your card issuer directly.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the current specifications of the Japanese reservation system. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.

【重要：予約時に海外発行カード・デビットカード等をご利用の場合】

当店では、予約サイト一休が提供する予約管理システム「RESZAIKO（レスザイコ）」を利用しており、予約時に「キャンセルガード機能」としてクレジットカード登録が必要となります。

こちらは、決済代行会社「PAY.JP」の仕様となり、当店のキャンセルポリシーに該当した場合にのみ料金が発生する仕組みです（事前決済ではございません）。従って、お食事料金は当日店舗にてお支払いとなります。

しかしながら、こちらのシステムを利用する際、仕様の異なる海外発行のクレジットカードや、デビットカード・プリペイドカードをご利用になられた場合は下記の現象が発生いたしますので、必ずご確認の上、ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 発生する現象と仕組み

海外発行カードやデビットカードの場合、カード会社の仕様により、一時的に「二重に引き落とされた」ように明細に表示されたり、実際に口座から一時的に返金可能な金額が引き落とされたり（ホールド）する場合があります。これはシステムの自動処理によるもので、以下の通り処理されます。

1回目の与信枠の仮押さえ（予約時）：
カードの有効性チェックのためのものです。有効期限が切れたため、今後カード会社を通じて必ず自動的に返金・解除されます。
2回目の与信枠の仮押さえ（ご来店2日前）：
現在有効なキャンセル保証の枠です。当日ご来店いただいた段階でこの仮押さえは自動的に解除され、実際のご飲食代金につきましては、当日店頭にて改めてお支払いいただく形となります。

最終的にお客様にお支払いいただく（口座から引かれる）のは、当日店頭で決済するご飲食代金のみ（二重請求はございません）のでご安心ください。返金までの期間はカード会社によって異なり、数週間かかる場合がございます。詳細な返金時期につきましては、ご利用のカード会社へ直接お問い合わせください。
