Please note that Debit Cards or Prepaid cards are NOT accepted

 

This is because debit cards, unlike credit cards, don't have the ability to process authorization holds. As a result,

if a debit card is used for a reservation requiring a pre-authorization, the amount may be immediately debited.

Debit cards are linked directly to your bank account

and don't have the functionality to process these credit holds.

When a debit card is used for a reservation that requires a pre-authorization,

the money is immediately debited from your account. 

 If you used debit or prepaid cards, you can contact your bank as much as possible.

According to the operating reservation site,

the timing of the refund will vary depending on your card / bank issuer. 

In this case, the transaction is still being processed by the financial institution,

so our restaurant has not received any payments.
