2019年12月以降コロナウィルスの世界規模による感染拡大となり、
日本政府による緊急事態宣言や蔓延防止対策など
様々な自粛要請が日々更新されております。
当店では、下記の感染予防対策を行い、
食品衛生管理を徹底し安全なオペレーションで
営業させて頂きます。
感染状況により、神奈川県や横浜市からの飲食店への
規制内容が常時変更致しますので、

手指等消毒設置:入口・トイレ
換気:CO2濃度測定器設置・１Fドア開放・２F窓開放・サキュレーター完備
密集回避:店内はスタッフを含めた人数制限・予約制
密接回避:2m間隔のテーブル設置・ 2－3組迄の予約制・飛沫防止シート及びアクリル板設置
神奈川県マスク飲食実施店認定登録済
神奈川県感染予防対策取組書登録済

従業員はワクチン接種済み、常時マスク着用、健康管理徹底、手洗い及び手指消毒を常時行う
従業員は外出自制を行い、公共交通機関の利用を10％以下に徹底
お客様との社会的距離を保持した接客・必要最低限の接触で接客
（感染を避ける為、お客様がご使用中のナプキンは従業員が接触致しません）
食器、シルバー類は食器洗浄機で70度以上で洗浄
グラスは、中性洗剤で洗浄し消毒
テーブルクロスは御予約毎に交換
トイレ、テーブル、椅子、ドア、備品、壁などは、アルコールで殺菌
厨房は、食品衛生管理を徹底し、手洗い、消毒、換気、
飛沫防止等の感染対策を実施し清潔な環境を整えています。

Infection Prevention Measures at Marques
Due to the spread of COVID-19, Kanagawa Prefecture requested the restaurant business to meet many of the restrictions.
Marques responded to all the restrictions during the pandemic outbreak from December 2019.
Please find our basic infection control details below.

Alcoholic hand disinfection installation : Entrance & Restroom
Ensure enough ventilation : Use CO2 concentration measuring instrument, 2nd floor open 2 windows, GF open entrance door
Splash prevention sheet installed : Counter Setas
Table arrangement at 2m intervals : Dining Room & Counter Setas
Limited number of people in the restaurant including staff
2 to 3 group of reservations per Lunch / Dinner
Access to the restaurant will be restricted to reservation only
All contact surfaces including restroom will be sanitised regularly and systematically
Throughout service surgical masks will be worn
Wherein possible social distancing observed
Staff are fully vaccinated
