We are a small shop and may not be able to reply immediately. We aim to respond within 2 business days during business hours.

If your reservation includes a photo shoot, an additional ¥1,000 per person is required.

This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

For reservations made 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the same day, a deposit of 50% of your total service fee is required in advance.

This is because cancellation fees already apply from this point.

This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any remaining cancellation fees not covered by the deposit will be charged separately via PayPal after the fact.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Deadline

Please contact us by 17:00, at least 3 days before your reservation to cancel or reschedule.

Contact us by email, LINE, or SMS — these are preferred as they keep a record. We may not be able to answer calls during treatments.

🕐 Late Arrival

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late.

Each appointment has a fixed duration. Due to the nature of kimono dressing, we cannot shorten the service. If you are late, we may not be able to serve you at all.

More than 15 minutes late without contact — treated as a no-show (100% cancellation fee applies)

Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for late arrival. Please plan to arrive on time.
