How to make booking

Please be sure to read our "About Us" section and the following Important Notes first, as we are not a hotel.

We don't want you to be disappointed when you visit us, so please make sure to talk to your family about our homestay in advance.

Our homestay is not a brand new house—it's actually the home we live in. We renovated an old house ourselves so that guests can stay with us.

Our house isn't luxurious or stylish, it's just an ordinary house in the Japanese countryside, but it's a cozy home for us. If you would like to experience everyday life in the Japanese countryside, please review the following guidelines before proceeding with your reservation.

【 Important Notes】

  • We recommend you to come here by car. There are no public transport, and it is difficult to take taxi because there are not enough taxi driver in this city. There are no shops or restaurant in walking distance, so it will be difficult to stay here without car.

  • Our plan include home cooked dinner, breakfast, and 1hour vegetable harvesting experience. When it is raining, we cook local sweets together as experience. We eat together like family.

  • Owner family has Kid and a dog. Sorry in advace but we are not quiet family. If you have dog allergy, Please avoid staying here.

  • Since this is a homestay, we would like to welcome you as a member of our family. We kindly ask you to help with clearing the dishes and laying out your futon.

  • If you have food allergy or some specific food which you don't eat for some reason, Please write about it on reservation offer. Since we only serve the home-cooked meals we eat on a daily basis, we are unable to take special orders for dishes outside of our usual home menu. And some food is difficult to omit it because it is important for our local culture. We will tell you before booking if we can cook or not for your food allergy.

  • Please note that our house does not have central heating or central air conditioning like a hotel. While the guest bedrooms have individual heating and AC units, spaces like the hallway and restroom can get cold in winter.

If you agree to the precautions above, please follow these steps to make a booking:

 1. Check the calendar and find your preferred dates from the available days.

※ We will check our family calendar again, then we will let you know if we can accept your booking or not.

※ Sorry in advance, but if calendar is still closed, we would like to wait to sell our room because we need to check our family schedule.

 2. Submit a tentative booking request through our reservation form. Please include your preferred dates, as well as the names and ages of all guests. We ask for guest ages so we can prepare the appropriate tools and equipment for you. Thank you for your cooperation!

 3. Wait for our confirmation email. We will let you know if your requested dates are available and provide details regarding the accommodation fees. We will also ask you to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit via Wise. Please note that your dates are not secured until this payment is complete. We start preparing the farm vegetables as soon as a request comes in, which is why this deposit is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

 4. Receive your booking confirmation. Once we confirm your Wise transfer, we will finalize your reservation and send you the complete details of your stay.

 5. Send us your estimated check-in time. As we run a small, family-operated homestay, we need to coordinate our farm work and family schedules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

 6. Coordinate the harvest experience with us. We will contact you either the day before your check-in or on the morning of your arrival to schedule the harvest. Because this activity depends heavily on the weather, keeping your itinerary as flexible as possible during your stay will ensure you get the absolute best harvesting experience! Thank you for your cooperation.
