Banana leaves grown on our own farm are sun-dried and carefully roasted.
Put one teabag in 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Yomogi Tea
Yomogi leaves from Okayama Prefecture, where there are no concerns about pesticides or exhaust fumes, are dried in the sun and roasted.

It can be used on bread or as a yogurt sauce.
For example, enjoy strawberries in their large size.
Brown Grapes are in large pieces, so they are delicious like a glace.
Orange Marmalade is used to braise chicken wings to make a soft and special dish.
The apples are sliced so they can easily be arranged on bread and baked in a toaster oven to make an apple pie.

Dragon Spicy Sprouted Garlic Soy Sauce
Sprouted garlic is simmered for 3 hours without adding a drop of water to create a sweet and spicy flavor. It can be used on top of chilled tofu, grilled rice balls, or as a seasoning.

It has a chili sauce-like flavor with a tangy accent.
