・焼き肉（もやしを敷いて、玉葱とお肉を焼き肉のタレで優しく包み込む、、、）

・ナポリタン（KING直伝、”俺のナポリタン”に野菜を込めて）

・ご飯（ご飯が進むよう、今日もシンプルにゴマちゃん）

・ポテトサラダにミニトマト、ブロッコリー添えました

・おばばの漬物・高菜ちゃん（いつもありがとう❤️）

・Yakiniku (spread the bean sprouts and gently wrap the onions and meat in the yakiniku sauce...)

・Napolitan (Directly from KING, “My Neapolitan” with vegetables)

・Rice (Today I will keep it simple with Goma-chan so that the meal goes well)

・Potato salad with cherry tomatoes and broccoli

・Obaba's Pickles・Takana-chan (Thank you as always ❤️)
