To ensure a comfortable experience for both our cats and our guests, we have established a few rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

 

【Reservations】

⚠️ We only accept reservations when the shop is fully booked on the day ⚠️

 

 

We operate on a prepayment basis.

 

Since we are unable to contact guests who are waiting by phone, payment is required at the time of reservation.

 

If you choose to wait outside the shop, we will let you know a time that is earlier than your scheduled time to enter the cat area, as check-in and an explanation of the rules are required. If check-in is completed smoothly, you may still need to wait a little until a seat becomes available.

 

If you choose to wait inside the shop, check-in and the explanation of the rules will be completed first, which may make your waiting time longer.

 

If you are waiting outside and return more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time, priority will be given to the next guest with a reservation.

 

 

【Drinks】

We currently do not serve drinks inside the shop.

 

You may bring drinks only in fully sealed containers, such as plastic bottles, reusable bottles with secure lids, or lidded mugs.

 

Paper cups with simple lids, as well as plastic cups with film lids that have a hole for a straw, are not permitted.

 

 

【Children】

Children under 11 years of age are not permitted to enter.

 

We may ask you to present identification, such as a passport, to confirm the child’s age.

 

This rule was established because, in the past, some children did not follow our rules, causing the cats to become frightened and hide.

 

This rule applies to all guests without exception, including children who have cats at home and children who are quiet and well-behaved.

 

In addition, even children aged 11 or older may be asked to leave if they do not follow the rules.

 

In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund.

 

 

【Scent】

Guests wearing perfume or strongly scented body cream, as well as guests who smell strongly of cigarettes or other substances, may be denied entry.

 

Please refrain from using strongly scented products before your visit.

 

 

【Infection Prevention】

Please refrain from visiting if your own cat is allowed outdoors, if you have visited another cat café on the same day, or if you have touched a stray cat.

 

Please store bags and other belongings in a locker.

 

Socks are required.

Stockings, lace socks, tights, and bare feet are not permitted.

If you do not have socks, you may purchase a pair for 200 yen.

 

Please wash and disinfect your hands before touching the cats.

 

Please do not touch the cats through the small window before entering the cat area.

 

 

【Other】

To prevent the cats from escaping and to ensure the smooth management of the cat area, staff will open and close both the entrance door and the door to the cat area.

Please do not open the doors yourself.

 

A blue call button is located at the entrance to the cat area.

 

Please feel free to use it if you need assistance.

 

When taking photos, please be considerate and avoid including other guests or staff in the frame.
