カフェアニスは南アルプスの東に位置する前衛の山、櫛形山に面しています。晴れた日は青空に稜線がくっきりと見え、木の一本一本まで見えるようです。
早朝の新鮮な空気を感じながらコーヒーを焙煎しています。
甘さとキレを大切にした、ブラックで美味しく飲んでいただけるコーヒーです。
浅煎りは、ほんのりフルーティーな酸味が残るハイロースト。
深煎りは、ビターチョコのほろ苦さがではじめるフルシティーロースト。
浅煎りから深煎りまでしっかりとコーヒーの持つ甘さで包まれています。
カフェアニスが焙煎するコーヒーをご賞味ください。
コーヒー豆（粉）の販売と店内でカップコーヒーの提供をしています。
全て自家焙煎です。
ブラジル等シングルオリジン７銘柄とオリジナルブレンド4種類の豆をご用意しています。
ドリップコーヒーメニューとエスプレッソベースコーヒーメニューを用意してお客様の来店をお待ちしています。
Welcome to "Cafe Anis",
"Cafe Anis" is an atelier of fresh roasted coffee.
We are roasting our coffee in the early morning while the air is fresh and clear in the roots of the mountain, "Minami Alps-shi".
Fresh roasted coffee beans are available while you may also enjoy our best drip coffee and our espresso coffee, one of our specialities, as well in "Cafe Anis".
We offer "Todays Coffee" every day for free tasting. If you are looking for really delicious coffee, please visit "Cafe Anis" and taste our fresh coffee and find the difference of each brand we are offering.

Nous avons ouvert un atelier de torrefaction du cafe "Cafe Anis" le 16/Avril 2016.
Notre atelier se trouve a la campagne "Minami Alps-shi" a Yamanashi.
Nous torrefions le cafe de bonne heure dans l'air frais.
Si vous chercher du bon cafe, venez au Cafe Anis et gouter notre cafe. (Merci de confirmer a l'avance les jours travailles avec notre calendrier ci-joint ou de nous contacter par telephone ou par e_mail.)

Abrimos nosso ateliê de torra de café, o ”Café Anis” no dia 16 de abril de 2016.
Nosso ateliê fica na serra, na cidade de ”Minami Alps-shi”, em Yamanashi. Torramos o café cedinho de manhã, no ar fresco. Quem procura um bom café vem no Café Anis para saborear nosso café. Trata-se de um café ”redondinho” e profundo no paladar. Pode também comprar café moído ou em grãos. Pode degustar um café coado ou um expresso, sendo uma das nossas especialidades.
