●After Check in, there is no free cleaning service. Please feel free to use the cleaning tools in the loundry room.
●Extra towels and duvet set is upon request.
●Separating the garbage is mandantory in Japan. Please follow the instructions in the house manual.
●Garbage collection : please tied up well and leave behind the entrance door. If you inform us, will collect it later.
●When Check out, please tidy up ( washing dishes, and returning things as it were ).

[🚗 Rent-a-car suggestion ]
We strongly recommend to consider using a rent a car at Niseko area, or at Shin Chitose airport.
Mostly running only winter , but, there are several bus companies that drive between the airport and Niseko area.
During the peak season, catching a cab is not easy, and other public transportation does not exist within a walking distance.

当宿泊施設は、冬季、徒歩圏にバス停などの交通機関がございません。毎日のように降雪するエリアですので、道路を徒歩で歩くのが難しく、
