父は桶屋の三代目でした。
その屋号を受け継ぎ、「桶や」と名付けました。

大正に建てられた蔵の静けさの中で、
手打ち蕎麦と日本酒、そして季の気配を映した一皿を。

My father was a third-generation cooper,
a craftsman who made traditional wooden tubs.
Inheriting his trade name, I named this place Okeya.

Within the stillness of a Taisho-era storehouse,
I prepare hand-crafted soba, Japanese sake,
and small dishes that reflect the season.

Together with the atmosphere of the kura,
