御予約と食物アレルギー等 About Reservation, Food Allergies etc...
当店では食品ロスに賛同し、無理な食材調達をしない様に
月メニューを設定せず、御予約を頂いてから、
シェフにより自然の摂理に基づいた旬の食材を拵えて、
コース内で食品バランスを整えたお食事メニューの準備をさせて頂いております。
当店で安全にお食事をお楽しみ頂けますよう、
御予約と同時に食物アレルギーや苦手食材等を皆様にお伺いさせて頂いております。
妊娠中の方も予めお知らせ下さいませ。
現在、麦を使用した自家製の麹を幅広く料理に加えております。
大変恐れながら、グルテンアレルギーの方のご予約は辞退させて頂いております。
多くの苦手食材や、フランス料理の下味に使用するローズマリーやタイム等のハーブ類、
乳製品、ビネガーなどが苦手食材にある場合も恐れながら、
御予約を辞退させて頂く事もございますので、
御心配の場合は、御予約希望日から余裕をもった期間に御連絡下さいませ。
できる限り御予約をお早めに、
前日の5ｐｍ迄お承りさせて頂いております。
例：１名が蟹と海老アレルギー（出汁OK)、
１名がラムと牡蛎が苦手、
私は妊娠中の為、生魚、生ハム、チーズが食べれません など。
We encourage our guests to make
a reservationin advance and moreover,
inform us of any allergies, food difficulties,
dietary intolerances and vulnerable
conditions i.e. illness pregnancy beforehand.
Ex: 1 x allergy for crab and prawn,
1 x difficult to oyster and mushroom,
1 x pregnancy no raw food,
unpasteurised cheese and ham
We agreed on food waste in Yokohama city.
After received reservation, chef will prepare
a well balanced of menu individually
following by seasonal peak state of
ingredients rather set a monthly menu
proscure unreasonable ingredients.
We would like to you to make a reservation
earlier as possible,
up to at 5pm the day before your requested day.
