パッド・ペッド・プラームック(イカとバジルのスパイシー炒め)

 

 

 

【材料】(2人分)

 

するめいか···························································· 2

 

バイホラパー(葉を摘み取る)························· 1

 

赤ピーマン(細切り)············································ 2

 

プリッキーヌ··························································· 6

 

にんにく··································································· 1

 

干しえび(ぬるま湯につけて戻す)················· 大さじ2

 

A(ナンプリックパオ············································· 大さじ2

 

  オイスターソース··········································· 大さじ1/2

 

  ナンプラー························································ 大さじ1

 

  砂糖··································································· 少々)

 

 サラダ油··································································· 大さじ2

 

 

 

【作り方】

 

  1. クロックにプリッキーヌとにんにくを入れて潰し、干しえびを加えてさらに潰す。

  2. いかは皮をむいて、1cm幅の輪切りにする。

  3. フライパンにサラダ油と1を入れて弱火にかけ、香りが出るまで炒める。

  4. 32Aを加えて炒め、火が通ったらバイホラパーと赤ピーマンを加えて炒め合わせる。
