Our Products

Hasumi Farm was considerably one of the smallest wineries in Japan due to its constraint of manpower and winemaking equipments in the beginning. To-date, we have about 2.5 hectare of vineyard growing “Pinot Noir”, “Merlot” ,“Chardonnay” and “Koshu”.Unlike the Koshu from Yamanashi-prefecture; the Koshu that we grow in Nagano has its unique taste and mainly attributed to high altitude. The yearly production of Koshu is approximately of 1,000 bottles from our vineyard. We are aiming to produce great wine by offering best grapes that we grow in the vineyard. Also, we ensure that minimal usage of chemical or additives on grape-growing and winemaking process.
