I was pleased to be able to attend this year's Quilt Market Houston.
I had so much fun catching up with old friends and discovering new fabrics and buttons.
I look forward to sharing all the wonderful things I found with everyone at the Tokyo Dome Show!
It's that time of year again. The biggest quilt show in Japan, Tokyo International Great Quilt Festival 2019, will be held at Tokyo Dome from January 24th to 30th.
This year's theme is Quilts meet Impressionism, featuring quilts inspired by the work of Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir, and Gauguin.
Three international artists -Di Ford from Australia, Cecile Franconie from France, and Tone Finnanger from Norway- will be sharing their wonderful work.
Masako will be offering Tokoton Lessons throughout the week, and will focus on applique demonstrations designed to help you enjoy the challenges of tiny and detailed applique motifs.
As always, you can find us in Booth A5.
Please come by and check out our notions and fun new kits!
The new issue of My Quilt Time (Winter 2018 Vol.15) is now on sale and available on Amazon.
It features Masako and other artists' festive offerings for the holidays.
Inspired by advent calendars, Masako made 25 pouches with her latest fabric panel.
She plans to give them as gifts to her family and friends.
Let your loved ones know how special they are with your own heartfelt creations!
This issue comes with a calendar of beautiful quilts.
Masako has carefully selected eleven new pre-cuts, each measuring 30x36cm.
With this set, you get an extra pre-cut for free, eleven instead of the usual ten.
